About Gary Adamson

Gary Adamson is a Justice of the Peace, Managing Director of Strata Management Services NSW, Managing Director of Century 21 – Adamson’s the Property People, former Chairman of Stratum Owner’s Association Management Services in Dubai.

Formal qualifications include a bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in accounting and financial management, a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a licensed Real Estate Agent, Business Agent, Auctioneer and Strata Manager.

Gary has been actively involved in real estate sales, management, property development , strata management, community and company title management industry for 37 years and is the former Vice Chairman (1998 to 2005) and current Chairman (2005 to date) of the Real Estate Institute of Strata Management Chapter and is the industry representative on the Registrar Generals Strata Industry Working Group along with representatives of the NSW Law Society, Office of Fair Trading, the Land Titles Office, the Institute of Chartered Surveyors and other interested parties.

Gary has also been actively involved as a consultant in the preparation of the forthcoming amendments to the Strata Schemes Management Act which is being prepared by the office of Fair Trading and the Land and Property Management Information Authority with a view to addressing the current Statutory anomalies with the act and has also acted as a consultant on the establishment of the NSW TAFE strata managers Licensing course.
